Elon Musk’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, reportedly said the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) has demanded the Tesla CEO pay a fine or face charges to resolve an investigation into his purchase of Twitter (Twitter, after Musk purchased the social media platform, was retitled X).

Albertsons, as previously reported, is suing rival supermarket giant Kroger. The planned merger between the two companies fell apart.
Further, but not remotely surprising, the UFCW (United Food and Commercial Workers International Union) is now calling for Kroger CEO Rodney McMullen to resign.
Anyone with a modicum of intelligence could have seen UFCW’s actions coming.
