D.C.I. Ed Hopkins walked into the police station library and paused for a moment. Ed had never seen a police station that had hidden in the basement a library. This is usually where one might find the gun range.

The Reference Section, taking up two sections, is huge. Dictionary after dictionary can be found here. Each dictionary covers a different topic. The dictionary Ed seeks covers Forensic Science.

“This feels a lot like the Restricted Section of the Hogwart’s Library,” Ed told the resident librarian. “Mischief managed.”

“I like the Wizarding World reference,” responded the librarian. “I’m apparently a Slytherin.”

A drabble consists of exactly 100 words. The read time is short. Please remain with the article for at least 30 seconds. I would appreciate it if you would leave a comment, highlight anything of interest, and clap.
