David Sheppard is Missing!
Random Drabble Word: “Camp”…
“Hello,” taking a phone call from a parent, “this is Director David Addams. Can I help you?”
“I’m Andrew Sheppard,” said the caller. “I’m checking in on my son. David Sheppard. I haven’t heard from him in the past three weeks. I hope he’s enjoying camp.”
The silence on Addams’ side of the call speaks volumes. There is a troubled expression that crosses the director’s face.
“He’s not here,” Addams told Sheppard. “We understood from an email sent to us that you’d decided to cancel his admittance.”
“There was no email sent from me,” Sheppard responded. “Where could David be?”
