Criminality was never really Detective Ed Greene’s thing. Catching criminals and thinking like them are entirely different things.

D.C.I. Ed Hopkins has a completely different approach to law enforcement. Ed’s approach to crime solving would not fly with New York’s One Police Plaza.

“D.C.I. Ed Hopkins has a certain approach to getting the job done,” Detective Ed Greene told Lieutenant Kate Dixon. “There is no denying he gets results. Chief Superintendent Phillip Morris has never had cause for concern.”

“Thinking like a criminal,” Dixon responded, “is a little too far out of the box.”

Not everyone thinks like British Ed.

A drabble consists of exactly 100 words. The read time is short. Please remain with the article for at least 30 seconds. I would appreciate it if you would leave a comment, highlight anything of interest, and clap.
