Tom Jefferies, conversing with Desk Sergeant Richard Gough, remains quiet about his time with David Sheppard. The politician seems more interested in talking about Constable George Harris and his reaction to seeing Sheppard still in the ready position.

“It looks like Harris gets with Sheppard every chance he gets,” Jefferies said to Gough. “Is that his go to faggot?”

Gough, taking a moment, ponders the question. Harris does take Sheppard to Pound Town at any given opportunity. The constable’s grunts, whenever he’s with Sheppard, can be heard all the way down the corridor.

“Nailed it,” with a grin, Gough responded.

A drabble consists of exactly 100 words. The read time is short. Please remain with the article for at least 30 seconds. I would appreciate it if you would leave a comment, highlight anything of interest, and clap.
