I love a well-written St. Patrick's Day story. This is brilliant. It makes me miss New York's St. Patrick's Day Parade. This year, because the actual day is Sunday, the parade was held a day early. it is what it is. I bet everyone had a good time.

It being Sunday curiously didn't stop Bostonians keeping the parade on the correct day. I'm not sure which one I like more. The one held in New York or the one held in Boston. Both cities, historically speaking, have strong Irish ties.
