I love how you approached the challenge word. You did a great job pulling readers into the narrative. It's certainly one of the more compelling stories I have read today. It's great work. Nicely paced. That's just the way the story goes. Brilliant stuff. A great call back to a classic song. "I Can't Live if Living is Without You" is one of my favourite songs of all time. Many people know the song as "Without You"... I believe.

The song is strongly associated with Harry Nilsson and Mariah Carey and yet, curiously, I don't recall ever thinking of them in the same sentence as it. I only ever really knew the Badfinger version. It is what it is. Thanks for reminding me of the song.
