James Taylor, a dab hand in the kitchen, set his groceries down on his kitchen counter. He has everything he needs to make a decent Spiced Chicken Jambalaya.

Taylor, taking a moment to relax before cooking, looks at everything as he takes each item from his grocery bag. White onions, celery, bell peppers, a bag of long grain rice, and Cajun spice.

Before shopping, in his kitchen, Taylor had everything else. Chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic, chickpeas, plum tomatoes, and smoked paprika.

“There is nothing quite like a good Spiced Chicken Jambalaya,” grinning, Taylor thought to himself. “Let’s do this!”
