Saturday night came quickly for Captain Ed Hopkins. It was a fairly busy week and Hopkins was ready for something entertaining.
Hopkins, having gotten home with a large pizza and a bottle of merlot, was ready, willing and able to relax in front of his television. Switching his television on, happy it was Saturday night, Hopkins changed the channel from CNN to NBC.
He wasn’t interested in listening to a news broadcaster telling him what he already knew. There was something more important being televised live.
“Live from New York,” special guest star Anthony Stewart Head said. “It’s Saturday Night.”
