Dr. Lilly Mayweather, not exactly Indiana Jones, is considered by numerous contemporaries a leader in her field. She is an exceptional historian and archaeologist.
There have been rumours, nothing concretely substantiated, that Mayweather might be heading to Princeton University to teach. This would certainly be a noteworthy feather in her cap.
“Are the rumours true?” as Mayweather sat at her desk, one of her students asked. “Are you taking up a position at Princeton?”
Mayweather paused for a moment before responding. The professor knew how her students felt about her and the way she presented the material.
“Yes,” Mayweather said.
