Random Drabble Word of the Day is “Squeak”…

The squeak coming from David Sheppard’s bed can be heard down the corridor. The grunting sound Anthony Richards makes leaves nothing to the imagination.

“What are you doing?” seeing Clare Stephens looking through a peep hole, Amber Davies asked.

“Watching Anthony get his rocks off,” Stephens responded. “What’s with Anthony and the new kid?”

“It has something to do with the kid’s father,” said Davies, “I think. Andrew Sheppard testified against Anthony and two of his friends. The three of them ended up in a Borstal and then prison. The trio were the ‘good time’ had by all. Frequently had.”

A drabble consists of exactly 100 words. The read time is short. Please remain with the article for at least 30 seconds. I would appreciate it if you would leave a comment, highlight anything of interest, and clap.
