Manchester to JFK…
Random Drabble Word of the Day is “Pond”…
D.C.I. Ed Hopkins has everything he needs for his pond hopping trip across to New York. The D.C.I., once his plane lands at JFK, is set to meet an NYPD representative.
The flight was harrowing. A woman standing in arrivals with a sign reading D.C.I. Edward “Ed” Hopkins clearly shows Ed Greene has not been assigned to meet him.
“I’m Ed Hopkins,” slightly nervous, Ed said.
“Welcome to New York,” the woman said with a smile. “I’m Captain Olivia Benson.”
“THE Olivia Benson?” asked Ed.
Benson looked puzzled for a moment.
“Elliot Stabler and I go way back,” Ed said.
