Rejection
Random Drabble Word: “Crippling”…
Sam Beckett, as he washed his face, thought about the possibility of rejection. Rejection is crippling. This is way he never really reached out for help from people. People can be so cruel.
Often, instead of lending a helping hand, certain people would rather turn their backs. It is what it is. Those that seek help are left in the dust with nowhere to turn.
Sam, not sure what to do, grabbed his bottle of medications. Pills seem like the only answer left open to him. The way home is barred to Sam. The only thing left is the end.
