James Taylor, looking around his kitchen, decided he needed some new equipment.

“A well-equipped kitchen,” thought Taylor, as he considered what to buy, “is what I need in my house.”

Some of Taylor’s closest friends, professional chefs, have commented on his kitchen. They’re always amazed. Taylor has better equipment in his kitchen than that seen in the back-of-house at some restaurants.

The last time Taylor went shopping for new kitchen equipment, without giving it much thought, he returned home with an anti-griddle worth £2,000.

“I’m thinking a deep fat fryer,” Taylor pondered. “Or possibly a commercial grade sandwich toaster.”
