A drabble consists of exactly 100 words. The read time is short. Please remain with the article for at least 30 seconds. I would appreciate it if you would leave a comment, highlight anything of interest, and clap.

Captain Ed Hopkins, taking a break from work, takes a walk in Central Park. The now former Detective Chief Inspector, thinking about his many museum visits, ponders The Art of Deception.

The Art of Deception, created by Damion Hurst, features the fictional Tom Ripley. Marvellous. Hurst’s installation, Hopkins’ favourite piece, is remarkable. Hurst stated The Art of Deception represents the criminal mind.

Mens rea and Actus reus, respectively meaning “guilty mind” and “guilty act”, are well-known Law Latin phrases. Hurst understood this when he created The Art of Deception.

Hopkins, after taking an urgent phone call, gets back to work.
